I installed Modloader first, then BTW, then Optifine (while leaving out the class files auw, avg and jw), and every time I installed one of these, I ran the game to make sure it would run. I remember having this problem before with Optifine, but I can't remember exactly when or where. Even when I use better grass, it does not change.
I read that if I installed everything correctly (or at least as correct as it can get), I could turn the whole graphics thing to fast and use Optifine's individual details options to turn the grass back to fancy, but when I do, the grass stays in it's vanilla form. I have a texturepack that makes the side grass longer, but the default form is the vanilla short side grass.
Whenever I try to install BTW and optifine together, everything works except for the grass.
